CCS2000冷却系统设计用于冷藏并保持的代谢笼样品在或低于45华氏度(7摄氏度)。

 

产品由三部分组成:
1)15个MMC100小鼠代谢笼;
2)笼架;
3)冷却装置。
它是为我们的标准代谢笼和笼架而设计的,因此,它提供了所有hatteras产品相同的质量和功能保证。

 

使用要求:
尽管该系统是精心设计制作的,但是它的使用时很简单的。安装过程包括:将绝缘底座插入连接端口,将代谢笼放置到笼架上,给水槽中注水,和启动系统。就是这样。系统将自动开始制冷,以及维持与周围温度(室温)30度左右的温差。系统是可靠的和耐用的,不需要特殊的维护。

 

安装开始于制冷单元,制冷单元安装在笼架的底部,包含电子单元用来制冷和维持水的温度。还包括水槽,用来实现水循环。另外,该单元还包括一个控制器用来显示和控制温度水平。

 

笼架系统是一个支撑设施,包含铅管系统和制冷单元,作为代谢笼的连接点。笼架是铝质的,带有烤漆。3排水平结构,每个水平结构上带有5个小孔用来安装代谢笼。每一排的旁边的背板上是连接的端口,用来连接代谢笼的绝缘底座到铅管。制冷的绝缘底座为尿液样本提供制冷。笼子由丙烯酸零部件和不锈钢底板和独特设计的不锈钢收集漏斗组成。可以舒适的安全的连续24小时饲养一只小鼠,制冷的代谢笼提供和标准的代谢笼一样的收集能力。
